No Youth Tonight

There is no youth tonight @ the hub. however there is a worship night that all are invited to tonight @ the Altona EMMC. Today is Ash Wednesday and this will start the journey through lent. Do note that this is not a formal youth event.

Tobogganing

This week we will be tobogganing @ the Altona Nature Pond Hill. Meet @  7 PM @ the hill. Most creative sleds will get prizes. See you on Wednesday.

Feb. 3 - tobogganing - meet @ the nature pond hill @ 7 PM. 

Feb. 10 - there is a worship night @ the EMM Church in Altona. This is not a formal youth event. Starts @ 7 PM.

 

Feb. 12 - Joint youth event @ the Altona Bergthler Church - Speaker - Tim Houck - 7 PM start.

Feb. 13 - Parent Event @ the Hub - Speaker; Tim Houck. Topic; Help I am the parent of a teenager. 9 AM - 12 PM. 

Feb. 17 - Bible Study @ the hub. We will be following some of the Lent Series @ church as we journey to the cross. 

Feb. 24 - Bridging the gap Crokinole Tourney @ the Altona EMM Church. 6:30 Start. 

Small Groups

This week will be a small groups night. We have these intentional nights every two month. On these nights, we don't meet as a big group but rather as our small groups. Unless otherwise arranged by your leader meet at the hub on Wednesday @ 7 PM.

Bible Study

This Wednesday will be our last Bible Study on the Old Testament. We have been going through a series called understanding the Old Testament and it is now coming to completion. We will be talking on the prophets. DA Band will be playing, snacks, fun and of course studying the bible. See on Wednesday @ the hub, 7 PM!!

Bible Study

This week we are going to be continuing our series on understanding the Old Testament. We are going to be talking about the 'Message of the Kings'. DA Band will be playing, small groups and studying scripture. see you Wednesday @ 7 @ the hub.

Movie/Candy Potluck

We will be having a Movie/candy Potluck @ youth. The plan is to watch remember the Titans. Bring a bag of your favorite candy to share.
