Mudfest

Annual MUDFEST!!!! Meet at the Hub @ 6:15 p.m. Leaving at 6:30 sharp! Prizes for best costume. Shop at MCC or wear something you don't care about. Bring a towel, bag for dirty clothes, and a COMPLETE change of clothes...yes, that means underwear!! Snacks & muddy fun to be had!!

Bible Study

We are having a bible study this week. DA Band will be playing and Kellin Friesen will be doing the teaching time. Look forward to seeing you Wednesday @ 7 PM @ the Hub.

There is the Parkside school concert on Thursday. Because of the concert, there will be no youth at the Hub on Thursday,

We are going to be enjoying the great weather and be playing outside @ the park. Meet at the park by the tennis courts. Wednesday, 7 PM!!! Going to be a great time.

Swimming @ Steinbach Aquatic Center

We are Going to Steinbach Aquatic Centre for swimming. 

Bring $10 for swimming and extra $$ for food afterwards. 

Bring a towel and a quarter for a locker. Modest Swimwear

Journey to the cross

Tonight we will be going through the stations to the cross. It is a time of contemplation on the incredible gift of Jesus. This gift given to us at the cross. Meet @ 7 PM @ the Altona EMM church.

Small groups

This week will be a small groups night. We have these intentional nights every two month. On these nights, we don't meet as a big group but rather as our small groups. Unless otherwise arranged by your leader meet at the hub on Wednesday @ 7 PM.

Bible Study

Hey there Y'all, this week we will be continuing our lent Bible Study. We started a series where we will be journeying to the cross. We are talking on different stories that lead up to Jesus being killed on the cross and ultimately his resurrection. This week the band will be playing and we will be looking into Jesus' time in the garden before the crucifixion. Derrick Penner will be speaking. Start time 7 PM.

This week the band will be playing and we will be looking into the story of Judas betraying Jesus.

Crokinole Tournament

Crokinole Tournament at the EMMC church. Invite your parents/grandparents, etc... to join us! Prizes to be won, snacks available. WooHoo!! It's gonna be great!!

Bible Study

As what is happening in the Altona EMM Church, we will also be journeying to the cross. In this time of lent, we are going to be following Christ's journey to the cross. There will be Music, snack, and of course studying the bible. See you Wednesday @ 7 PM @ the hub.

Joint youth event

Altona wide youth event on Friday @ the Altona Bergthler Church. Start time is 7 PM!!! It is going to be an amazing event. There will be worship and snack and an amazing speaker, Tim Houck!! The topic that he will be speaking on will be "Weird because normal isn't working. See you there.

No Youth Tonight

There is no youth tonight @ the hub. however there is a worship night that all are invited to tonight @ the Altona EMMC. Today is Ash Wednesday and this will start the journey through lent. Do note that this is not a formal youth event.

Tobogganing

This week we will be tobogganing @ the Altona Nature Pond Hill. Meet @  7 PM @ the hill. Most creative sleds will get prizes. See you on Wednesday.

This Wednesday will be our last Bible Study on the Old Testament. We have been going through a series called understanding the Old Testament and it is now coming to completion. Movie/Candy Potluck

We will be having a Movie/candy Potluck @ youth. The plan is to watch remember the Titans. Bring a bag of your favorite candy to share.
